| Mortgage Loan Processor |
The Mortgage Loan Processor will process and close conventional (conforming & non-conforming) loans. The candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to successfully manage a minimum of 10 closings per month.
Responsibilities include:
> Gathering required documentation from clients
> Ordering, obtaining, and reviewing appraisals, title commitments, and insurance
> Submitting complete files to underwriters and clearing underwriting conditions
> Coordinating closings with all parties
The ideal candidate:
> Has at least 1 year of experience processing conventional loans
> Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
> Experience with Calyx/Encompass |
| Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer |
The Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer will be responsible for generating mortgage leads and turning them into closed loans. The candidate should be a true closer with prior sales experience in the mortgage industry.
Responsibilities include:
> Prospecting for leads
> Generating, qualifying and closing loans
> Assisting in-house Real Estate Agents with qualifying buyers and providing financing options for them
> Work with clients and internal support staff to ensure the timely completion of each loan
The ideal candidate:
> Has at least 1 year sales experience in the mortgage industry
> Outstanding organizational, communication, and customer service skills
> Energetic , go-getter personality with excellent sales and communication skills |
